The Toor is an awful name - I get that it’s close to Toronto, but it sounds like a combination of “toot” and “poor” to me.
Manga is a respected hotel operator/developer in the GTA; interesting that they're leaning into 'boutique' vs the cookie cutter airport hotels that they currently have in their portfolio.
Plus, 'Toor' seems to be pronounced the same as 'tour', the French word for tower. French, as you know, is Canada's second official language (though tbf you wouldn't know that's the case in Toronto
