Grrr - on the BA951 from Munich and despite the aircraft being on the ground for over 5 hours the completely incompetent Swissport meant the first bus only opened its doors at the aircraft 15 minutes before scheduled departure, and the absence of ground handling staff meant the pilots and crew were stuck twiddling their thumbs* while waiting for them to come and close the door, detach the jetty and load the bags etc.
Good luck to the later MUC flights that will also (presumably) be busier because the last flight of the day was cancelled…
(* crew very good so far - cabin crew offering water in CE and captain keeping us updated, but now very delayed because of the slot restrictions at LHR and us missing out original slot)
