Has anyone seen detail on what's causing this glitch, or is it just another in a long string of "system can't reconcile letter code against fare basis" issues, for something like a fare getting coded as "Business Lowest (J)"?
I booked a lowest class reward ticket to CPT through AUH on EY 16 months ago My itinerary got switched to connect on EK through DXB. The new booking came back with the fare class for YYZ-DXB being Z and my boarding pass came back with Signature Suite eligibility.
