I was looking for Jjimjilbang in the ICN area and wasn’t feeling at all excited about the airport one. I didn’t see this in Google Maps until your post allowed me to purposefully seek it out.

I have two ICN transit visits this summer. On the first, I’m arriving with my teenage daughter at 17:25 and departing next day at 9am. This will be an “adjustment” visit so am resigned to spending that time re-setting to the local time after staying awake on the flight from London. The Golden Tulip and Days Inn both seem like very convenient, good value locations with a nearby Lotte Mart to satisfy our appetites if they become bothersome.

It’s during the next transit that the CIMER option becomes really appealing - we arrive from NRT at 15:50 and leave to return to LHR next day at 12:20.

Is CIMER only open until 21:00? Or are there any sections that are open later?
I’ll be honest that CIMER was not at all what I had envisioned when thinking of going to a jjimjilbang, but I’m happy to have the chance to see how the concept has (in part) evolved.
I’m also confused about getting to the Paradise City area from Terminal 1. Are there any schedules?

It won’t be clear until we’re there how open my kid will be to taking on new experiences so I want her to have the option to just crash and sleep/mong out. whether she joins me or not has to be her own choice (she’s 14). But if you have any suggestions for somewhere easy to get to where I can explore or engage as a female in late night customs I’d love to learn them. Nudity is absolutely not an issue for me.
