Thank you so much for this amazing thread KI-NRT. Last time round I booked Clouds Mountqin Gorilla Lodge but sadly couldn’t go there due to adverse weather. This time I have booked Fufu Nikko, Kyu-Karuizawa, kawaguchiko and Asaba because of this thread. I am also going to book Madoka No Mori in Hakone as the aesthetics appeal to us and it’s much cheaper than Gora Kadan (and the bunker style of Kadan is a bit off putting to us!). Looking forward to see how all of them compare against each other!
