Delta lied to me about early boarding today.
I’m sitting at the JFK SkyClub - I have a 3:10 flight to DEN. The Nathan’s Hotdog Stand opens 2:30, so my plan was to have a hot dog with my Silver Oak and arrive by the gate by like 2:53 PM. I open my Delta app at around 2:35, and they say boarding and departure are early - departure at 3 PM. So technically I have 10 minutes to get to the gate. Upset, I chug my Silver Oak and head run to the gate, getting there at about 2:40. As I arrive I am upset to find they are just starting preboarding 😡
Delta owes me a hot dog
