Is there any way to get upgrade options to show again, if my reservation is doing this:
blank upgrade options
?

It shows up blank (no tabs for money/miles/pluspoints, no flights listed) when I follow the upgrade options button. This occurs through website on desktop, through website on mobile, and through app, which makes sense since they all use the same web interface.

Is the only way to apply pluspoints to call?

I thought this has been asked about before, but I can't find it.
