Tastiest meal I’ve had for a long time. The pork was melt-in-the mouth tender. The “crispy” skin fat was properly rendered down and actually very soft and delicious.
Cheeses had an identity crisis. Again.
Brilliant crew. Service was nicely paced and attentive.
