As I was unpacking, I noticed a bug crawling on the leg of the nightstand, couldn’t find it, and ran out of there - I don’t mess with bugs. I went down to the front desk, truly exasperated this time. They didn’t seem to understand my issue with the second room - later, when the manager called me, she thought my issue was that the bed wasn’t made well and had no idea I found a bug.
