The trick is to write it offline, in the notes, and save save save as you go along. That's what I do, then I edit and publish it later. That's why there's quite a time delay with my TRs.
I was lucky enough to have worked at the Teatro Massimo opera house in the early 2000s. Looks like Palermo hasn't changed a lot since then, although it looks quite a bit cleaner in your photos.
