Does any one have a suggestion on how to earn miles from the child fare? My son travelled with me recently in PE class from Europe-Asia. HE has no frequent flyer account anywhere. I usually credit to CX. Although he is enlisted as family member, I noticed that he wont be able to earn miles - only spent! Any suggestions on what to do with his dormant flown ticket stubs?!
