Depends how much you value miles.

BoC (Chill) and Hang Seng (MMPower) are offering 5% and 6% (the latter no min spend per month but capped at $3,260.86 per month), the latter $5,000 min spend and capped at $8,333.33/month), you have to value miles at north of HK$0.10/AM for SCB to be favourable.
