No shower waitlist at Galleries F. My last time through was just a month ago. You have to keep clicking via the online portal and hope you score a spot. I had a long discussion with the shower desk person about this.

Not any different in the us. It is not uncommon at all in the US to have to wait for a long time for a wheelchair. Having to wait for a long time is not an ADA violation.
You may be unfamiliar with the set at T5, where you have to walk about 100 yards from where the bus drops you off to where you queue up for the wheelchair. Sure doesn't seem ADA compliant to me.
