The exact same thing has now happened to my wife (who is travelling with an infant with a confirmed bassinet reservation, on a separate ticket from me and our other kid). She was moved from 17 to 30, after check-in (i.e. the boarding pass shows 17), and KLM is saying that only row 30 is a bassinet row, which is nonsense.
