My concern is that the more comfortable seat and (possibly) more attentive service will be offset by light and noise from the front galley during the night. My only experience in the F cabin has been on a day flight, where those issues are less important. Any advice?
If you were in the mini cabin I might say dont waste your SWU but if you are considering it and open to it then go for it b/c I do not believe you will be disrupted. Row 2 is better sure, my go to is 2J. However I agree that they seem to not be too loud upfront on this plane. Busier/noiser at the L2 galley.

Row 3 all the way. Not a single passenger will walk by you. FA will pass by from time to time but you have no galley or lav or anything to contend with there. Mini cabin on this plane all the way!
