Over the last year I've only been in once when it was what I'd consider pleasant.
In general, it's crowded enough that I only bother going in if I want to grab something to eat (then leave).
I've only been turned away once due to crowding.
I would not walk out of my way to go this lounge, and to be quite blunt - PHL is not nice and I'd minimize my time at the airport.
