Simple answer, no. You have no clue how long the line would be. And then you need to get though security and to your gate. If you bring anything that could be considered suspicious, you will be held up at the line scan while they search your bag(s). Also you don't mention which day of the week you are traveling. Weekends are more crowded, generally.
Concur. Molasses and turtles can move faster than AM check in, even the fancy Premier line. Security isn't your choke point, the bag drop is. I've spent way too much time in MEX lounges, paranoid of traffic and check-in issues. I don't think it has ever taken me more than 15 minutes at a security checkpoint.
