Rebates should come from IHG. In the past the Philippines call center was quite responsive. I had times that the rebates not showing up for over a month. The rep went over it and posted them while we were still on the phone.

I vaguely remember the rebates are batch-process twice a month. Can't remember the cut off date(s).

If the stay occurred in the first half of the month usually you get the rebate towards the end of the month. If the stay occurred in the second half of the month, then the rebate shows up the first 2 weeks of the following month. Occasionally it took longer.

And yes, last year we received lump sum of several stays posted all in one.

We only have one point stay this year 04/12-16. So far the rebate hasn't shown up yet.
