Is the precheck lane downstairs not open 7 days a week?
We were both there almost at the same time! I don't have Clear so just looked for the PreCheck lane; it was open and no line at all. I'm not sure of the exact time, but right around 3:30, probably a few minutes after.

UPDATE: I looked at https://www.tsa.gov/precheck/schedule which lists a 'main' and 'FIS' checkpoint in terminal 4. If 'FIS' is the arrivals-level checkpoint, it says that PreCheck isn't open on Friday between 3-4, but that wasn't my experience...
