the main meal will be breakfast. You get a light snack post departure and then a full breakfast before landing which is the main meal served. Last time I done the flight from DXB that departs at 0200 six months ago the breakfast choice was pancakes or full English. IIRC the snack was a Kit Kat chunky.

I wouldn’t imagine the breakfast choice changes frequently.
