It’s not just PH being unhappy. It’s also the guests who are either paying cash or globalists who are spending a lot of money and time at Hyatt at the diluted breakfast and lack of upgrade. If more people have access to breakfast (with minimal revenue to the hotel), hotels will gradually dilute the offerings and in the end, turns away people who would otherwise pay to stay there. Just look at the complaints at the PHNY
