The "you" you're talking about here is 99.9% of travelers. All of whom would lose at the benefit of the 0.1% of travelers who'd like ghost stays and at the benefits of companies who now obviously get to charge higher prices. If you're trying to make Hyatt & properties benefit at the cost of travelers, then go for it, but don't delude yourself that you're not fundamentally harming 99.9% of travelers if you advocate for this being allowed.
