I ran into this yesterday. Chrome would give me Error MSG 21 unless using incognito mode (I assume some cookie or cached item causing an issue), Chrome incognito would let me log in but would error out on flight searches, Edge would give me the error that is the subject of this thread and the app was the only thing that worked to both login and book a couple of reward flights. VS's IT is barely fit for purpose some days.
