Stayed here for a couple of times. Most recent stay was on January 2024.

Booked the cheapest room. As a Titanium got a "kind" of upgrade (wouldn't call that to an upgrade cause to get a tiny balcony with not an amazing view its not something what you would expect here when they have free suites etc), but the room was very basic and would need renovation. Sure the ITC one rooms are mostly good, the older rooms are not up to the quality what you would expect.

The hotel in general has a good atmosphere with the inner open space and seatings. The Japanese restaurant is really good, I love it. KK restaurant is one of my favourite so used to come and eat here even when i dont stay at ITC. in general the staff is OKish but could be more attentive and sometimes you have to wait a lot for things to happen (to order, for the check, etc). The italian was closed during my stay, and they said a new one will open with a different cuisine. They said it will open in March, I'm not sure whether its happened.

The hotel has a great location if you want to stay in the centre, but this is definitely not my first choice when I'm staying in Bengaluru.
