overall ok

Standard, which i got; there seem to be no higher room category...

- How are the rooms?
for a Novotel and for the rate (over 250 USD) rather basic with few amenities, except a great (business) Nespresso coffee machine. the same building complex hosts Novotel, Ibis and Ibis Budget; so I can not imagine, how small and basic the others are....

- What was good and what was bad?
Good:
- coffee machine
- professional and friendly service
- food in the restaurant (breakfast and one dinner) was surprisingly (compared to other Novotels) good!

Bad:
- room small and few amenities


- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge?
No lounge.

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks?
Welcome drink voucher granted at check-in, valid for wine or beer at the hotel bar. No upgrade, no welcome amenities

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return?
probably just for collecting points and there is no better Accor property at all in the southern part of Switzerland
