AA on the phone can select the seat for you but you should be able to see the seat map for yourself on JL site/app and choose the seat you want.
I dont think any seat will be bad given the 1-1-1 lay out and doors but I would say go for Row 2 on the window for the maximum privacy and a door. 2A seems to have the max privacy as the entrance for the middle suite in Row 2 is on the other aisle.
JL website to manage booking can be quirky. Somewhere upthread there is the correct link that always works for manage bookings b/c if you go the wrong site for JL you wont be able to find your booking.
