Which is probably why it hasn't opened up yet after over 4 years. They may as well just re-open it as the AC it once was before COVID. Keep in mind that the other FLs in the system are at airports where there are am flghts to Asia and/or am arrivals from deep South America and Australia/NZ. PHL has none of those; and most likely never will.
