I have just noticed my shorthaul BA flight from Heathrow tomorrow leaves from T3. As it was a last-minute ticket, it was (unusually) favourable to grab a business-class Avios redemption. I also have Amex Plat.

From what it appears, this means I likely have access to a bewildering array of lounges I wouldn't normally visit. I'm seeing Cathay and Qantas as being the most recommended, any major highlights of any of the others? In particular, looking for decent wine (not sparking). Centurion has the three-hour limit before departure, but is there anything to stop me going down mega-early and doing a bit of hopping around some alternatives? I don't see the same restriction on the airline lounges I looked at.
