I doubt you'll find anything on demand at Duxford. If you cab it from Cambridge, get the number of the relevant company and call them about an hour before you want to be collected on the return.
A bit of a late response to this, but Bolt now cover Duxford and Whittlesford. There's usually a bunch of them hanging round Addenbrookes.
