A fail at LHR T5 B34 tonight to CPH. Group 0 was called but only after everyone in G6-9 had dropped a bag off and pre-boarded. The announcement was right - allowed to board with G3 - but execution was off. They just need to decide if they want G0 to be a thing or not .. A good time to complete the latest survey.
