there are a few routes that use wide-bodies for domestic routes -- with the exception of SFO/LAX<>EWR or the 772HD aircraft, when a widebody is used for a domestic/CONUS route, the PremPlus seating is available to E+ customers. The present daily IAD-SFO 773 for example but the may be changing to the 772HD in the summer.

Not everything has been downgrade including E+. E+ is essentially the same as it was 10 years ago.
