So I've been flying from the US to Malaysia for work a fair amount this past year, and I have another 2-3 trips upcoming. After that, I probably will not be traveling to Asia for the foreseeable future.
I'll have about 115K miles after my next trip, and around 140K after the next.

What can I do with these miles? I don't do a lot of personal flying, so redeeming them for travel is not particularly enticing. I'm looking for alternatives.
One thing I could do is splurge and upgrade from PE to Business on one of my trips, but availability seems to be a problem.
Any other suggestions? There doesn't seem to be any good options to transfer points to other programs.
