2 weeks ago Agoda emailed me and said that the elevator in the hotel was non operational and asked if I wanted to cancel my booking. I said no.

Today they again emailed me and said they have cancelled my booking due to a "Natural Disaster/Force Majeure" while the trip is a month away and the hotel is still selling rooms. Everything is significantly more expensive now. Consider yourself warned when booking with Agoda, clearly not worth the few hundred dollar savings.
