After numerous complaints and finally going through a route which should not be necessary and took so much time I have been told they will make a 'gesture of good will' and refund the extra paid for a product they could not deliver. That's so kind of them - so generous!!!!! The national airline of one of the world's richest nations is taking every opportunity to rob their clients of their money. Surely it's illegal and certainly immoral to sell a service, not deliver and try everything to get out of refunding.
