Hi, I was on BA4456 - this flight at 1510 that was cancelled due to 'dodgy fuel'. we landed at LCY at 2150 instead of 1515. I have submitted an EC261 request to BA and they have replied saying it was out side of their control. So they won't do anything about it. 6.5 hours seems pretty unreasonable to not receive any compensation. Agreed it was an unusual situation, but any advice on how to take further?
