I’m here right now! It’s super full. Booked 5 nights on points and used a FNC for the 6th night. We’re diamond and they were only able to offer us an upgrade to an endless view pool villa for the 2nd half of our stay. We declined. They ended up offering an overwater villa. We ended up doing a paid upgrade (reservation person offered it to us) to an overwater pool villa because that’s what we really wanted and don’t mind paying to get what we really want.

We were told we have to pay 1200 xpf for the à la carte menu despite others saying that issue had been resolved. We asked the Iriatai staff to double check to make sure that was really the case and they came back and told us it’s not included. 😞
