Hi all, I'm staying at Conrad Bora Bora later this month. I booked through the Hilton app and my reservation required a credit card deposit for the amount that equates to approximately 2 nights. I'm now getting an email from Conrad Bora Bora stating that I need to pay for the remaining balance using an external payment site. Has anyone experienced this?
