Unfortunately, since August of 2023, NH award flights have been essentially entirely wiped from Aeroplan despite available partner award space showing up on other *A partners such as United. This holds true both for online bookings and calling into an agent. The speculated/all-but-confirmed reason for this is that AP has been at the centre of many fraudulent award bookings due to its relative ease of search, and wide partner award access. It’s unclear if NH tPAC flights will return to AP booking any time soon, but given that it’s been more than 8 months at this point with no change (other than a brief 24h window where a select few flights were bookable in September/October 2023 if I remember correctly), those of us over in the AP forum (check out this thread for more details) are pessimistic about the return of NH partner award availability to AP booking.

I would suggest looking at an alternative points program if you’re dead set on booking NH, but this is quite challenging as a Canadian (I presume given your AP preference). If you’re an AMEX user, your MR points can also transfer to Cathay Pacific (Asia miles) or a few other partners to get across the pacific if that’s an option instead. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but do keep updated in the Air Canada/Aeroplan forum in case things change.
