Folks - our entire row had its IFE not working and they could not fix it after multiple resets. What's even more shocking is they awarded a $25 travel bank credit for the inconvenience and it expires in 6 months! I feel this is an absurd low level of compensation and having such a short expiration date means we won't be able to use it at all. Thoughts?
