I am trying to book a ticket LAX-LHR with my family. My wife is seven months pregnant now and our son will be ~3 months old on the date of travel. He will be traveling as a lap infant. I am looking to book now if possible since prices are pretty good, but I cannot for the life of me find UA's policy on this. Should I book our reservation without him and then call UA after he is born to add him? Should I book with him as a lap infant and a made up DOB (we already know the name - the only unknown is DOB)? Wondering if anyone has done this before.
