Although SEA_Tigger has made a good comment on how difficult it would be to arrange this, I'd love to see it tried. I don't understand why cabin service would be a problem, as all seat blocks would be accessible from the outer blocks (and the centre aisle would be handy for heading to the lavatories when the other aisles were blocked by trolleys).
