It’s not your bad luck with that one hotel - I’ve been trying to make bookings in different destinations over different days since the integration and haven’t succeeded in making a single one. If I’m not getting errors of no available hotels or rates being unavailable despite a visible number, I’m getting messages saying my reservation can’t be completed at this time or to contact customer service… who themselves either give me wrong information about MMS availability within Hyatt or that they’re having known issues with booking those properties, and we all just have to wait and/or try again later. Still no luck this far along.
A very poor integration experience, honestly.
