CCR for me too as it is by far the one of the three options is used most. I mentioned cabanas, Elemis (yes, I do miss that and my partner even more), showers which I think are not worthy of a signature lounge (I suggested that they go take a shower in the lounges of their QF or CX colleagues and compare) and food.

I poo-pooed the suggestion of dedicated GGL check in desks. I very rarely need check in desks anyway and every time I have, I have found the F check in desks efficient enough for me. And yes, when referring to decline in GGL line standards, I did also mentioned having been given wrong information multiple times in recent months. There is something illogical to me in people with access to the GGL line effectively needing FT as insurance policu to get accurate information. Having said that, I do prefer focusing on rules rigidity/IRROPS support and transfer experience because I wanted to primarily emphasise points which I believe they can action if they are serious about it. If they are not serious about acting anyway, then the questionnaire is a waste of time in the first place.

PS: reading this thread, I find it interesting that the comping of drinks/snacks to GGLs in ET which many people were talking about a while ago seems to have mostly disappeared off the radar.
