Other than that I found it rather uninspiring.
If the best they can come up with is stopping serving meals to be more sustainable and a specific GGL check-in (I mean ...?) then I am more worried than I was.
They seemed to ask me about 3 times if I was aware I could donate money to BA to buy sustainable aviation fuel - weird business model but erm, yes, OK....
