OMG I feel you.

My case has been pending for about 2 weeks already and different representatives from Diamond Desk keep asking me to wait from 3-5 business days which i emailed them after a week, and today they again asked me to wait 7-10 business days! Wondering am I going to wait a month or so for them to return me my 170K points , or are they hoping I forget all about this issue after long wait.
