I was caught up with this, on arrival I completed a missing bag report on a Kiosk, and then went on my way. When I reviewed the baggage report on the BA website I noticed that my phone number was wrong as it had missed the last digit off. I corrected it and pressed save, but under the two e-mail address boxes and error message came up in red text stating "Please enter a valid email address. Please note, only letters, numbers, hyphen, underscore, dot and @ are valid characters". I tried in three different browsers, and using an iPad and a desktop PC but it refused to accept any e-mail address. Has anyone encountered this and found a way to make it accept the e-mail address? I recall previously being able to access the report through the WorldTracer website, but this functionality seems to have been removed.
