Well there's a flight to KUL on Malaysian Airlines that is over 2000 miles so would earn 140 TP in business class on a one-way flight. Slightly cheating in the 1 day thing but there's a 23:30 flight arriving at 6am the next day. Then you just need to get a flight back on any airline - there's a 9.30am Malaysian flight back at 12:00 the next day.
