Second what airoli wrote that departure Silk Route is only for UL passengers. However, this applies to passengers on UL operated flights that have codeshares (e.g. Qatar flight numbers).
In theory, they should also accept passengers on non-UL operated flights but with UL flight numbers, but I have never tested this one.
