Uber Mexico just sent out this message about a rate reduction:

"Desde el 18 de abril del 2024, bajamos la tarifa mínima de tu ciudad y ahora es de $25 pesos. El precio puede ser variable.Esta tarifa aplica de lunes a viernes en horas pico y se mantendrá vigente hasta el 31 de mayo del 2024."

Translated:
"As of April 18, 2024, we lowered the minimum rate in your city and it is now $25 pesos. The price may be variable.This rate applies from Monday to Friday during peak hours and will remain in effect until May 31, 2024."
