Okay, I don't use third parties (other than a couple AA hotels for leveling out status, if flying doesn't do it), but it seems to me this disclaimer is there for legal coverage more than anything. Exclusions, right to discontinue, things like this have to be present. It doesn't mean they do it. I would imagine you read this more closely because it's unfamiliar and you wanted to ensure it was legit (which is good), but read some airlines' contract of carriages, or hotel loyalty disclaimers.
